Refund policy
At Perfumes Master, we are committed to delivering quality products and a satisfying customer experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the order
- Product must be in resellable condition
Due to the nature of fragrances, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you may return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items purchased on clearance or special promotions
- Gift cards (if applicable)
